These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EZCodes ("we", "us", "our") and the purchase of digital Shopify Liquid sections and snippets ("Products") from our website. By creating an account, browsing, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Products and licenses

Products are digital files licensed for use in Shopify stores, not sold with ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Unless stated otherwise on the product page:

• You may install the Product in Shopify theme(s) you own or actively develop for a client.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share source files or download links.
• License duration and renewal terms are shown at checkout (for example 6 or 12 months).
• After a license expires, previously downloaded files may remain in your project, but new downloads require renewal or repurchase.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in INR or USD based on detected region and may include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by third-party gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store full card details. An order is complete only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Downloads

Licensed Products are accessed through your account Library via time-limited download links. You agree not to circumvent access controls or share links outside your organization.

6. Refunds

Because Products are digital and previewable before purchase, all sales are generally final. We may issue a refund at our discretion for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or material misdescription. Contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order number.

7. Support

We provide reasonable installation guidance through support tickets. We do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party theme or app. Custom modifications are your responsibility unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and Product files remain our property or our licensors'. Your license grants limited use rights only.

9. Disclaimer

Products and the site are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Products, except where prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
